Chocolate Sable Cookies Recipe - Rich, Buttery, and Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chocolate Cookies
This Chocolate Sable Cookies Recipe combines butter, cocoa powder, sugar, and chopped dark chocolate to create rich and flavorful cookies with a tender texture. Unlike traditional sable cookies that are often dry and sandy, this version contains extra butter for a softer, more melt-in-your-mouth result. The dough is shaped into logs, chilled, sliced, and baked until perfectly delicious.
