Grilled Lobster Recipe (Juicy, Buttery & Perfectly Smoky)

Easy grilled lobster recipe cooked over medium heat until juicy, tender, and perfectly opaque. Seasoned with olive oil, garlic, paprika, and herbs, then finished with lemon juice for a fresh, smoky seafood dish perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • Lobsters
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice or lime juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the lobster by cleaning and splitting it if needed, exposing the meat on top of the shell.
  • Brush the lobster meat with olive oil.
  • Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat (190–230°C / 375–450°F).
  • Place lobster on the grill, meat side up, and cover.
  • Grill for: Medium lobster: 10–15 minutes or Large lobster: 15–20 minutes
  • Cook until the meat turns opaque and fully cooked.
  • Remove from grill and let it rest for 1–2 minutes.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon or lime juice on top.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
