Grilled Lobster Recipe (Juicy, Buttery & Perfectly Smoky)
Easy grilled lobster recipe cooked over medium heat until juicy, tender, and perfectly opaque. Seasoned with olive oil, garlic, paprika, and herbs, then finished with lemon juice for a fresh, smoky seafood dish perfect for special occasions.
- Lobsters
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
- Lemon juice or lime juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Prepare the lobster by cleaning and splitting it if needed, exposing the meat on top of the shell.
Brush the lobster meat with olive oil.
Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.
Preheat grill to medium heat (190–230°C / 375–450°F).
Place lobster on the grill, meat side up, and cover.
Grill for: Medium lobster: 10–15 minutes or Large lobster: 15–20 minutes
Cook until the meat turns opaque and fully cooked.
Remove from grill and let it rest for 1–2 minutes.
Squeeze fresh lemon or lime juice on top.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
