Perfect Cheese Muffins Recipe with Simple Ingredients

- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons water room temperature
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 125 grams cheddar cheese shredded
In a mixing bowl, combine the salt, light brown sugar, canola oil, evaporated milk, and water. Mix until well combined.
Sift together the all-purpose flour and baking powder.
