  • 2 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 5-6 tbsp vinegar Ilocos cane vinegar recommended
  • 4 pcs calamansi juiced
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Rub the pork liempo with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for better flavor.
